Pay Templates allow you to specify pay rules for common Job configurations.
Pay Templates allow you to specify pay rules for common Job configurations. For instance, if you have a special Variety which must be paid a different wage during picking, you can create a template for that.
To view your Pay Templates, first login to the Admin site and click the “Admin” button from your left-hand navigation menu. Next, select the “Pay Templates” tab.
- Each line item represents a Pay Template, and includes the Tasks, Varieties, Ranches, and Blocks - or the job configuration - that it applies to
- It also displays the Default, Minimum, and Maximum Piece Price and Hourly Rate that will be applied if the above Job configuration is met
Click a Template to view its Details page, where you can view more information and edit it if needed.
Pay Templates allow you to save time and reduce the chance of entering incorrect hourly rates or piece rates when creating Jobs. It’s a great way to make sure everyone is being paid the correct rate at all times.
