While our Knowledge Base is available 24/7, our live support hours differ depending on the time of year and day. Below are our normal live support hours.
Normal support hours
- Monday-Friday: 5am - 6pm (Pacific)
- Saturday-Sunday: 8am - 4pm (Pacific)
If you're in need of assistance during non-support hours, you can still send a request in to email@example.com and we will try and accommodate as quickly as we can.
Note: FieldClock does not offer a support number to call, but we're happy to schedule a call or Zoom meeting for emergencies. We try and resolve all issues and requests over our live chat and ticketing system. However, if a call is warranted, please put in a request for a call or Zoom meeting and one of our Support staff will schedule one with you.
