Quality Controllers have access to the "Jobs" tab in the FieldClock app and are able to view and create Quality Control Notes.
Providing your employees with proper access to FieldClock helps prevent unwanted user actions. In FieldClock, “Roles” can be assigned to specific employees that provide various privileges. These privileges in turn provide access to specific parts of FieldClock that align with their duties.
“Quality Controllers'' have access to the “Jobs” navigation link on the FieldClock App, but only the “Notes” tab. They’re able to view and create Quality Control (QC) Notes. QC Notes are created to track the quality of your crops, process, and workflows. For example, you might want to track the number of leaves or bruises in a Bin of Apples.
If you need an employee to create QC Notes while out in the field, the Quality Controller Role is your best option.
