To get to your payroll batches list, first login to the Admin site and click the “Payroll” button from your left-hand navigation bar.
- Each line item is a payroll batch, with the leftmost side displaying the payroll entity name that it belongs to along with date range of the batch just beneath it
- ‘Notes’ can be created and viewed for each batch, which can be handy for logging any changes that were made to the batch outside of FieldClock
- The middle section displays the total amount paid for all payouts in the batch
- The right-hand side provides you with numerous download options. For more information on these, please see our ‘Payroll Batch Download Options’ video
Payroll Batches are an important part of FieldClock and represent the hand-off of data from FieldClock to your payroll software. Once a payroll batch is created, the payouts in the batch can no longer be modified in FieldClock. That said, you can of course modify them in the download file itself or in your Payroll Software if needed.
Your payroll batches are your main record of all payouts that you’ve created in FieldClock, which means easy access to all of your historical payout data in one simple view. No more messy or manual payout workflows. We bundle it all up, format it to your payroll software, and make it easily accessible.
