Sometimes it's necessary to view data for specific fields. FieldClock allows you to download a CSV of payout data for specific fields, such as ranches and blocks.
Only data in finalized jobs will be included in this report. To start, head over to your field of choice (ranch/block), then click the "Reports" tab:
Filtering the report
Block
If you specify a block, the downloaded report will only show employees who worked in that specific block. If you leave it unspecified, all employees from all blocks within the ranch will be included.
Task
This will filter the CSV to only the specified task.
Employee
This allows you to specify which employees will be included in the report.
Dates
Using the from-date and to-date, you can set a time-frame to which all jobs on the ranch will be filtered.
