How do "hours offered" work for H2-A requirements?

H-2A workers are guaranteed a certain number of work hours as a part of their contract, but are not actually required to work all of the hours. Hours offered allows employers to track how many hours they offer.

Our "Hours Offered" input provides this, and can be set by following the instructions below:

1. Create and/or edit a job that you'd like to provide "hours offered"
2. Set the number of "hours offered' to the required amount
