Staying up-to-date on your Billing History is important for accounting and budgeting purposes. FieldClock helps make this easier by providing a list of your entire Billing History, all easily accessible from the Admin site.
Note: Billing History is only accessible to users with the role of Account Administrator.
To view your Billing History, first login to the Admin site and click the “Account” button from your left-hand navigation menu. Then, click the “View Billing History” button located near the top-right of your screen.
- The initial view provides a browsable list of all of your invoices.
- Each line item represents an invoice, which includes the invoice number, date, and amount due.
- Click any of the line items to view a specific invoice.
