How do I sign-in to Employee Portal?

Employees with a valid phone number can sign-in to Employee Portal using a one-time password (OTP) that's sent to them via text message.

Employees like to stay up to date on their pay, hours, pieces, and breaks. Employee Portal provides all of this by allowing employees to login using their phone number to check all of their activity over the last ten days. 

Employees can login to Employee Portal by visiting my.fieldclock.com.

  • To login, employees must first have a valid phone number on file, which can be added by editing their profile on the Admin site…
  • Once a phone number has been assigned, employees can then enter it into Employee Portal, at which point they’ll receive a One Time Password (OTP) through text message… 
  • Once received, they can enter it to login… 
  • After logging in, employees are then shown a list of all of their recent work activity including Jobs worked, hours, piece counts, breaks, and pay…
