How does the Roamer Role work?

Roamer is a special Role that provides access to the FieldClock app. They wander around doing odd hourly Jobs throughout the day, and who typically work by themselves.

Providing your employees with proper access to FieldClock helps prevent unwanted user actions. In FieldClock, “Roles” can be assigned to specific employees that provide various privileges. These privileges in turn provide access to specific parts of FieldClock that align with their duties.

“Roamer'' is a special Role within FieldClock. Roamers are individual employees who wander around doing odd hourly Jobs throughout the day, and who typically work by themselves. When a Roamer creates a Job, they’re automatically clocked-in. When they navigate back to the Jobs list, they’re automatically clocked-out. This allows them to quickly create Jobs for themselves throughout the day while not being burdened with managing a lot of FieldClock functionality.

If you have an employee who works by themselves and performs multiple Jobs throughout the day, the Roamer Role might be your best option.
