You may not want some employees having access to Jobs being performed at specific Ranches. We built “Ranch Access” to help with this by allowing you to specify which employees should have access to certain Ranches.
To limit access at a Ranch, first login to the Admin site and click the “Ranches” button from your left-hand navigation menu. Then, select a Ranch from your list where you’d like to limit access at. Next, click the “Manage Access” button on the right-hand side of your screen.
- First, turn “Restrict access?” to “Yes”...
- In the “Add User” input, start typing the name of an employee who should have access to the Ranch… click the name once it appears to add them to the list of employees with access.
- Then continue adding all employees who should have access.
- If you accidentally add an employee who should not have access, simply click the red “X” button to the right of their name to remove them.
