How do I view the "Timeline Tab" in the Job Detail page on the Admin site?
The “Timeline Tab” provides a visual representation of your employees’ activity at the job, such as their clock-in and out times, any breaks that were taken, and all production records.
- Each row represents an employee, with the green line indicating their time on the clock
- The purple columns represent any non-productive times, or breaks, that they took
- Hovering your cursor over the green or purple areas will provide you with additional information, such as their exact clock-in and out times and which break was granted
If you’re looking for a visual representation of employee activity at a job, this tab provides it. It’s a great way to get a birds-eye view of your data, which means better decision making and greater insight into work being performed.
