How do I generate the Overtime Report?

Labor is expensive! And it’s even more expensive when employees are working overtime. Thankfully, FieldClock provides an easy way to see which employees are approaching, or are already in, overtime.

To view your Overtime report, first login to the Admin site and click the “Reports” button from your left-hand navigation menu, then click the “Overtime” report button. Once loaded, it displays all Employee hours and progress towards Overtime Thresholds, either by date or workweek, and groups them by Wage Program. 

  • Click the “Filters” button to open various filters for the report.
  • The “Date” option allows you to filter the report by date.
  • The “Period” option allows you to toggle back and forth between your daily and weekly Overtime thresholds. Each option shows how many hours each employee has worked towards those thresholds.
  • The “Wage Program”, “Groups”, and “Tags” options allow you to filter the report to only include employees that match your selections.
