FieldClock provides several simple reports “out of the box” to help you manage your farm effectively. The Daily Activity report will give you a summary of hours & production for each employee in your organization.
To get there, first login and navigate to the ‘Reports’ tab, then click the ‘Daily Activity’ report button. Once loaded, you can change the date by clicking the calendar icon followed by the ‘Update’ button to pull in new data.
- If you only want to see activity for a specific crew boss, ranch, or activity, adjust your filters. Filters can be accessed by clicking the “Display: [All]” button at the top of the report.
- Many companies like to print this report and post it in a central location for employees to view. When doing so, you may want to hide individual employee names. Check the “Hide Names” box to only display badge IDs on the report.
- To find a specific employee, type part of their name or badge ID in the “Search” box in the top-right corner of the report.
- To export your data for viewing in Excel or use the buttons in the top-right corner of the report, next to the search box.
Viewing employee activity is a powerful benefit of using FieldClock. You never have to wonder how many hours or how much production an employee is bringing to the table, the information is at your fingertips. The Daily Activity report also provides a way to see and print all of this information.
