While our Knowledge Base is available 24/7, our live support hours differ depending on the time of year and day. Below are our live support hours during and outside of harvest.
During Harvest
- 4 am - 6 pm PST, Monday - Friday
- 8 am - 4 pm PST, Saturday & Sunday
Outside of Harvest (Off-season)
- 6 am - 5pm PST, Monday - Friday
- No live support Saturday or Sunday
If you're in need of assistance during non-support hours, you can still send a request in to support@fieldclock.com and we will try and accommodate as quickly as we can.
Note: FieldClock does not offer a support number to call, but we're happy to schedule a call or Zoom meeting for emergencies. We try and resolve all issues and requests over our live chat and ticketing system. However, if a call is warranted, please put in a request for a call or Zoom meeting and one of our Support staff will schedule one with you.
