What to do when Windows can't see your new badge printer or it's not showing up
If Windows does not show your new Zebra ZXP printer, it may not have the necessary drivers installed.
How to fix:
Install Zebra ZXP driver:
- Download the ZXP driver from Zebra's website
- Install the Zebra driver after downloading
- Plugin your ZXP printer via USB cable
- Turn on your ZXP printer
If your printer does not appear after a few seconds, you may need to restart your computer and/or utilize Windows' add a printer utility
